Where your money goes

We promise to use your donations where the need is most.  A small donation really can go a long way.

£5 a month will provide nutritional supplements and basic medicines to the most vulnerable patients in India.
TB is one of the most common causes of death in HIV/Aids patients. Helping to improve their immediate health and welfare will improve adherence to treatment.

£10 will pay for transport and X-ray costs for a TB patient in rural Zambia to access TB diagnosis and treatment
Long distances to health services and prohibitive x-ray costs are common reasons why people living in rural areas are unable to be diagnosed and treated

£15 per month will pay for the food supplement needed for one TB patient in Zambia
Many TB patients live in dire poverty and providing patients with food supplements helps to improve chances of recovery

£100 will buy a bicycle for a Community Health TB Volunteer worker
Volunteers use bicycles to travel around their localities to provide home-based support and care around diagnosing and treating TB at grassroots level

£1,500 will run a specialised TB hospital and outpatients clinic in India for one month.
Many TB patients are already extremely ill by the time they reach clinics. This specialist in-patient facility offers high quality treatment for TB patients from rural regions of Northern India.

£2,000 will pay the annual salary for a TB Resource Nurse in East Timor
Target TB sponsors a specialised TB nurse who works with village health post nurses. She gives them training to improve their skills in diagnosing and treating TB.
